Shipping policy

At Modern Oasis Sensory Design & Art Studio (“Modern Oasis Design LLC", "MOD”, “we”, “us”), each piece of wall decor and wall art is carefully made to order and crafted with intention. To ensure clarity and trust, please review the following shipping and exchange policies before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via the selected carrier.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your item has shipped.

2. Shipping Information

   •   We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

   •   Delivery times vary by location, typically between 3–10 business days after processing.

   •   We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen events.

   •   Please double-check your address at checkout—we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information.

3. Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging our art securely, damage in transit can occasionally occur.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery at info@moderenoasisdesign.com and include:

   •   Your order number

   •   Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once we review the claim, we will offer a replacement.

4. No Refunds or Returns

Because all artwork is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

   •   Buyer’s remorse

   •   Incorrect size or style choices

   •   Color differences due to monitor variations
