1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–8 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Information
We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

Delivery times vary by location and typically take 3–10 business days after processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.
3. Photo Prints – Damaged During Transit
If your made-to-order art print arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery at
info@modernoasisdesign.com and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll review your claim and send a replacement if necessary.
Because all items are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size or style selections

Color variations due to screen settings
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
4. 3D Flower Decor & All Other Items – Return & Refund Policy
a. Defective Product
If your 3D Flower Decor or other items arrive defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@modernoasisdesign.com with the following:

Your order number

A photo of the defect
-
A brief description of the issue
If the product is deemed defective, we will replace it at no cost to you, including shipping.
b. Unopened Items – Change of Mind
Unopened 3D Flower Decor may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a partial refund.
To qualify:

Items must be in original, like-new, re-sellable condition

A 20% restocking fee will apply

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance
Email us at info@modernoasisdesign.com with your order number to receive return instructions.
Refunds (minus restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.
Returns that are opened, damaged, or not in original packaging will not be accepted.
