Shipping, Returns, Exchanges
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Because all of our art print items are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size or style selections
- Color variations due to screen setting
Unopened items other than art prints may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a partial refund.
Refunds can only be issued for authorized items in original, like-new, re-sellable condition. Items returned in non-resalable condition are not eligible for a refund. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
To qualify:
- Items must be in original, like-new, re-sellable condition
- A 20% restocking fee will apply
- Unauthorized items do not qualify for the return
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method, and a valid tracking number must be provided
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance
- Refunds (minus 20% restocking fee) are issued only after delivery is confirmed via tracking. We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.
- Please email us the tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.

Once your merchandise is received processing could take up to 2 weeks. Once fully processed, the refund (minus restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method. It could take 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution, for the credit to show on your statement. Customer is responsible for shipping fees when returning the item(s).
We are sorry your item arrived damaged. Please send a photo of the damage and your order number to info@modernoasisdesign.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
We currently ship within the U.S. International shipping is available for select items—please contact us if you'd like a quote.
Most items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders or bundles may take up to 10 days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $69.
